STORY

While living in Donostia, not where paella is from... and working at Restaurante Arzak, where paella is not on the menu... Nicolai learned to make paella.

Sunday mornings, after a long work week, his roommate, a chef from Valencia where paella is king, made paella. When eating, he'd swoon at what the simple transformed into— the gathering of friends around the dish locked in his love for paella.

Nicolai has been making paella since Spain (2006) and is excited to bring something special to your next gathering.
